HR Council News
Five young nonprofit professionals to be profiled on hrcouncil.ca
February 9, 2010
With nearly 1.2 million people working in 69,000 organizations, the nonprofit sector is a dynamic, vibrant and meaningful place to work. Whether in the fields of art, culture, education, the environment, health, social development or sport - people and the organizations they work for across the sector share a common goal - to make a difference.
This spring, the HR Council will introduce you to five young nonprofit professionals who will share their insights on working and building a career in the nonprofit sector. These five individuals were chosen from more than 75 applications we received to participate in this initiative. The richness of all of the responses was inspiring, making our selection process quite difficult.
